Taipei, Taiwan, October 31, 2008 - IBASE Technology Inc. (TASDAQ: 8050), a worldwide leader in the manufacture of quality Mini-ITX motherboards, releases the MI810 Mini-ITX board that comes with the Intel® 945GSE chipset. Incorporating the Intel® 945GSE Express Chipset with ICH7M, MI810 is configured with the new Intel® Atom™ processor N270, based on 45nm technology, which delivers more performance-per-watt for cost-effective solutions.
The MI810 motherboard features Intel's power-efficient Graphics Media Accelerator 950 core and Chrontel's CH7307 DVI accelerator to support display interfaces such as VGA CRT, dual channel LVDS and a DVI port. The responsive Intel® GMA 950 graphics engine is built into the chipset to provide incredible visual quality, faster graphics performance and flexible display options without the need for a separate graphics card.
Measuring 170mm x 170mm, MI810 offers 12V/19V DC power input and high speed and I/O connections. The integrated 10/100 and an Intel® 82574L PCI-Express Gigabit Ethernet controller drive the RJ-45 LAN edge ports. In addition, the board supports eight USB 2.0 ports, two high speed SATA ports, four serial ports, a CF socket and expansion capabilities with a PCI, PCI-E(x1) and a Mini-PCIe socket.
