Our research and development department is composed hardware and software engineers, 50% with over 10 years and 45% with between 5 to 10 years of experiences in their respective fields. Most production engineers have over 10 years of technical expertise in IPC manufacturing. After all components are assembled, products pass through 100% dynamic functional tests and dynamic burn-in tests to achieve maximum reliability and minimum DOA (Dead on Arrival).
